Financial Services

More than 20 ATMs (including 1st Source Bank, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase and ND Federal Credit Union) are located across campus for student convenience.  

1st Source Bank has a convenient branch location in the basement of LaFortune Student Center that provides banking services to students, employees and visitors.  Personal banking can be conducted at the branch, in addition to university transactions such as student account payments, department deposits and obtaining event cash.  Contact 1st Source bank directly for more information by calling 574-631-1010.

Student Financial Services

The Office of Student Financial Services (OSFS) is committed to supporting the University’s goals of enrolling and graduating a highly talented and diverse student body.  Through its administration of University-based and government-sponsored student aid programs, along with an array of quality financial products and services, the OSFS aspires to ensure the affordability of a Notre Dame education for all students, while striving to control educational indebtedness. Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid administers all financial assistance for Notre Dame students. Students are encouraged to contact the Office of Financial Aid for additional information regarding scholarships, grants, loans and employment opportunities. Office staff are available to meet with students on an individual basis to discuss their education financing needs.

Student Accounts

The Office of Student Accounts administers account and payment information for Notre Dame students, including the management of IRISHPAY account management system.

Student Employment

The Office of Student Employment administers work study and on-campus employment opportunities for Notre Dame students.

Office of Student Enrichment

The Office of Student Enrichment (OSE) was founded in 2016 and exists to ensure all students have the opportunity to flourish at Notre Dame.

Born from the heart of the University's mission to care for the whole person, the Office of Student Enrichment is designed to:

  • Help students acclimate and adjust to a collegiate environment
  • Provide access to all things that make the Notre Dame experience special
  • Enable every student to reach their full potential

By offering personal support, social enrichment, and growth opportunities for high-achieving and under-resourced students, the Office of Student Enrichment hopes to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for each student to reach their full potential. Programs address students' academic, social, and professional development needs, and address topics like peer mentoring, financial literacy tools and training, career discernment and resources, helping student navigate Notre Dame and college life, and networking at Notre Dame and beyond.
